Kelly began practicing yoga to add another dimension to her strength and conditioning routine, but soon it emerged as her chosen path. You will find that Kelly teaches yoga the same way she lives her life. Her classes embody a presence of passion, playfulness and strength and serve as a constant source of motivation and inspiration, encouraging students to take an inquisitive path toward exploring their own personal practice and inner journey. She enjoys cultivating an environment of challenge that helps individuals unleash their higher power and transcend habits of the mind. Kelly experienced the transformative power and healing effects of yoga first hand as an “intervention” therapy technique for handling work/life balance and breaking unhealthy patterns. Today, she’s fully committed to helping people develop a deeper relationship to themselves through contemplation, focus and the art and science of movement.
