Danielle discovered Skanda Yoga in 2013 and immediately fell in love with the practice. What started out as a physical activity, quickly became a mental and spiritual experience through the physicality. She accredits yoga with grounding her to the present moment, helping her surpass limitations she has placed on herself and conquer fears.
In her classes, Danielle encourages students to live in the now and break through restraints as this will help them combat challenges they encounter off the mat. Classes themselves are fun and challenging while focusing on the quality of the breath and a clear intention. She believes everyone should have access to yoga, for all the benefits it ushers.
