The Yomu Mindfulness for Peace workshop provides creative and resourceful tools to incorporate mindful movement with people of all ages. You will learn helpful and powerful techniques to spread peace everywhere you go. Yomu offers more than 90 bilingual and multilingual songs for mindfulness, relaxation, self-awareness, kindness, yoga and breathing.
Yomu is an educational system of values that combines techniques like mindfulness in movement, yoga, breathing exercises, meditation, brain gymnastics, body percussion, music and neuroscience. It is a simple, yet powerful toolbox for everyday life that can become the key to finding and experiencing calmness and mindfulness. It’s a lifestyle for all. It’s conscious, present, mindful and peaceful.
The Workshop is open for everyone! Parents, teachers, educators, yoga instructors, healthcare professionals, musicians, artists and all!
No yoga or musical background is needed.
About the Presenter:
Cynthia Zak is the Founder and Chief of Manifesting Dreams at Yomu. She’s an author, songwriter and a teacher to children and adults. She is an expert in mindfulness with more than 20 yeasts of experience in the field. Throughout her journey, Cynthia has identified the body in movement and the beating of the heart as natural anchors to achieve peace and mindfulness.
She has taken Yomu to more than 20 countries through classes, trainings, seminars and conferences.
